Machine is NEW IN BOX - used one time to test to make sure it works - and is quiet and works extremely well. (I ended up buying 2 of these, 2 Gemini Jr's and 2 Gemini Foil Presses - so listing this one and will be listing the Gemini Jr and an extra Gemini Foilpress shortly)
Plastic covering face has NOT been removed - I keep mine on to protect it but you can remove it.
This is an foiling excellent system and has a standard plug for use in the USA.
