Kit is FACTORY SEALED - ***NOTE - some of the plastic film has been torn off of one side. Plastic still intact (see pics) and am mentioning for accuracy of description.

The felt for this kit is GREEN - the picture shows white but from I can see in the package the felt is GREEN.
